Seasonal Administrative Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a full time Seasonal Administrative Specialist to join our team during the up and coming Tax busy season. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our team and ensure efficient operation, supporting our offices located in Syracuse, Rochester and Watertown. This position is located in Syracuse. No travel and is a in the office position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks; answer phones, filing, copying, data entry, record maintenance
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned to

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, Associates degree is a plus
  • 3+ years experience with relevant work experience in a customer service related or administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe)
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional in nature

Hours: Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work some nights and weekends during our busy season when applicable from February - April 15th.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/ hour (DOE)
